Know Before You Go

Before you arrive, take a moment to review our spa etiquette, policies, and legal requirements for select services. Knowing what to expect ensures a smooth, relaxing experience from start to finish.

Spa Etiquette

  • Spa Reservations

    Advanced reservations are highly recommended and secured by a credit card. Hours may vary by season. Before and after hours services are available with advanced reservation. Latest appointment for the day is scheduled one hour prior to close. For appointments and service descriptions, please call C|Spa for personalized service at 772-410-0101.

  • Cancellation Policy

    24-hour notice required for cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations made within 24-hours will be assessed a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the total charges scheduled. Missed appointments will be assessed a non-refundable fee equal to 100% of the total charges scheduled. C|Spa is not responsible for the cancellation of resort guest room, restaurant, beach or other resort reservations.

  • Spa Arrival & Amenities

    Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time (excluding pedicure and manicure treatments). C|Spa amenities including lockers, robes, slippers, and products are available for complimentary use 1 hour prior and 1 hour after your appointments. In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time will be reduced to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. To ensure the privacy of spa guests, the spa amenities are reserved for those who have appointments.

  • Personal Possessions

    C|SPA at Costa d’Este is not responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions such as jewelry, clothing, accessories, etc. It is recommended that personal items or possessions remain safely at home or confined to safe areas outside the boundaries of C|Spa.

  • Services & Pricing

    Published prices are exclusive of gratuity and are subject to change without advance notice. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling services.

  • Gratuities

    For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied based on the full value of the services rendered. This may be adjusted based on the service personally experienced. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is at your discretion. Gratuities are not included in published pricing.

  • Food & Beverage

    A Spa menu is available to guests for items to be purchased from The Wave Kitchen & Bar. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the Spa.

  • Health Issues

    Please notify spa staff at time of booking of any health or pregnancy related issues, including but not limited to: allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, prescribed or non-prescribed medications, or any ailment or disability. C|SPA at Costa d’Este Beach Resort reserves the right to decline treatment if there is a concern for risk. We recommend pregnant women in their first trimester receive a facial.   • Age Limitations

    A parent or legal guardian is required to accompany minors under the age of 18. A release/waiver form signed by the parent or legal guardian may be considered with proof of identity. Proper attire and behavior is required at all times.

  • Spa Privacy

    For the privacy and serenity of our guests, we ask that you refrain from using cameras, cell phones, or any other electronic devices in the locker rooms, lounge, or treatment areas.

  • Spa Gift Cards

    Spa gift cards or e-gift cards are available in any denomination and must be presented at time of treatment. Spa gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are not redeemable for cash.

Legal Identification Requirement for Massage & Body Treatments

In compliance with Florida Statute 480.043, all guests receiving massage or body treatment services at C|Spa are required by law to present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to their appointment. This regulation mandates that massage establishments maintain a complete and legible record for each guest, including their full legal name, home address, and telephone number. All required information must be collected prior to the start of any service.

Please note that failure to present valid legal photo identification upon arrival will result in the cancellation of your service, and the full-service fee will be charged.

This requirement does not apply to esthetic or nail services.
